I'm using the Upgrade Notification process to send an email to users for the upgrade from R5 to R6.5. In the setup.ini I have the line:

CmdLine=/qb+!

for the "silent install".

Users who have IBM's Configsafe enabled on their PCs are not prompted whether or not they want to save a snapshot, so they cannot cancel that option. Configsafe runs... the Notes upgrade appears to run, but Notes cannot start because a dll is not found (ltssb01.dll).

Any ideas?
